Question 1

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — both Scout and Hunter come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Question 2

When can I expect results?

Accepted Answer

Replies can come early — reaching a hiring manager within the hour of a role going live is the whole point — but business development rewards consistency rather than bursts. Plan to run StaffingLeads continuously for three to six months. That is the window where daily signals, automatic follow-ups and repeat touches across your niche compound into a steady flow of client conversations instead of a handful of one-off wins.

Question 3

What does '50% off forever' mean?

Accepted Answer

Early access members lock in the discounted rate permanently. When pricing increases, your rate never does — as long as your subscription stays active.

Question 4

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade from Scout to Hunter at any time. The difference is prorated to your billing cycle.

Question 5

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Go to Subscription & Billing in your account settings and cancel in two clicks. No cancellation fees, no calls required.

Question 6

Do you offer annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Annual billing with an additional discount is on our roadmap. Reach out if you'd like to be notified when it launches.

Question 7

How do hiring signal alerts work?

Accepted Answer

StaffingLeads continuously scans millions of career pages, ATS platforms, and job boards, and watches for funding rounds, hiring inside your own LinkedIn network, and past clients returning to market. The moment a signal fires, you receive an alert with the company name, role title, department, location, and seniority — filtered to your niche.

Question 8

What counts as a hiring signal?

Accepted Answer

More than job postings. Your agent tracks new job posts across career pages, ATS platforms and job boards; funding rounds, since companies that just raised are about to add headcount; hiring inside your own LinkedIn network; and past clients coming back to market — so you reach companies before a role is even advertised.

Question 9

How quickly do alerts arrive after a role is posted?

Accepted Answer

Most alerts land in your dashboard within the hour of a role going live. We crawl sources continuously so you're rarely more than 60 minutes behind a fresh opening.

Question 10

How does StaffingLeads identify hiring managers?

Accepted Answer

Our AI cross-references each open role against the company's org structure, reporting lines, and publicly available professional data. It surfaces the single most likely decision-maker — not the HR inbox.

Question 11

Are the email addresses verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every email goes through deliverability verification before it reaches you, so you're not burning your sender reputation on bad addresses.

Question 12

What does 'verified emails per day' mean?

Accepted Answer

Each day you can reveal up to your plan's limit of verified business emails. Once revealed, an email is permanently unlocked for your account — you never pay twice for the same contact.

Question 13

Can I connect my email account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can connect your business email account to send personalized outreach and automated follow-up sequences directly from StaffingLeads.

Question 14

Can StaffingLeads automate LinkedIn outreach?

Accepted Answer

Yes. StaffingLeads can automate LinkedIn outreach workflows, including connection requests and follow-up messages, based on fresh hiring activity.

Question 15

Can I use both email and LinkedIn in one sequence?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can create multichannel workflows that combine email and LinkedIn steps in a single outreach sequence with custom delays between each.
