1. Who We Are
StaffingLeads is a product of FetchTalent AI Inc ("we", "us", "our"). We provide a platform that helps staffing agencies and recruiters discover fresh hiring signals, identify hiring managers, and run automated email and LinkedIn outreach.

2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign up or log in, we collect your business email address, and optionally your name and company. We use magic-link authentication — no password is stored.
Usage and activity data
We log how you interact with the platform — pages visited, features used, alerts viewed, contacts saved, and outreach sequences created. This data helps us improve the product, personalise your experience, and send you relevant communications.
Connected account credentials
If you connect a Gmail, Outlook, or LinkedIn account to run automated outreach, we store the OAuth tokens or session credentials required to send messages on your behalf via our third-party provider (Unipile). We use these credentials solely to carry out the outreach sequences you configure and never access your inbox beyond what is required for reply detection.
Payment information
Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing events.
Device and browser data
We collect IP addresses, browser type, device type, and session timestamps for security purposes (e.g. detecting unusual login activity) and to understand how the platform is used across devices.
Visitor identification (website)
On our public website (homepage, blog), we use reb2b — a B2B visitor identification tool — to identify the companies visiting our site based on IP address. This is used for marketing purposes and does not collect personal information beyond what your browser and network reveal.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the StaffingLeads platform
- To send you transactional emails — magic login links, trial reminders, subscription receipts
- To send you product updates, feature announcements, and tips to help you get more value
- To run automated email and LinkedIn outreach on your behalf, as configured by you
- To personalise in-app content based on your preferences and niche
- To identify prospective customers who visit our website for our own sales and marketing
- To detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents or abuse
- To comply with legal obligations

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for them to perform their function.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use browser cookies and local storage to keep you logged in, remember your preferences (such as filter settings and notification dismissals), and maintain session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Google Tag Manager may load additional analytics or marketing tags based on our configuration. These tags may set their own cookies in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only:
- With the service providers listed in Section 4, to operate the platform
- If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of FetchTalent AI Inc, our users, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g. billing records may be kept for up to 7 years).
Usage logs and session data are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing (e.g. marketing emails)
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt out of marketing — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link

9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed tokens for authentication, and access controls limiting which team members can access production data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
StaffingLeads is a B2B platform intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
