A contingent permanent placement agreement covers introducing candidates for permanent roles where a fee is only payable if someone is hired. A retained search agreement covers an exclusive search paid in instalments whether or not a hire results. A staffing services agreement covers supplying temporary or contract workers who remain on your payroll, and adds timesheets, charge rates, assignment terms and conversion fees. Pick the one matching how you are engaged; if you do both perm and contract with the same client, you generally want both documents.
