Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026
1. Agreement
StaffingLeads is a product of FetchTalent AI Inc ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the StaffingLeads website, web app and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
2. Accounts and sign-in
- The Service is for business use by people aged 18 or over. Please sign up with a work email address.
- You can sign in with a link sent to your email, a code sent to your phone, or your Google account. When you choose Sign in with Google, Google confirms your email address and shares your name with us; we use these only to create your account and sign you in. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s own terms.
- Keep your email, phone and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and should tell us promptly at support@staffingleads.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Free trial, subscriptions and billing
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No payment card is needed to start it, and it does not turn into a paid plan unless you choose one.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices or plans. Changes to your existing subscription take effect from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance.
- If a payment fails, we may limit or pause the Service until it is resolved.
4. Connected accounts and outreach
The Service can send email and LinkedIn messages for you from accounts you connect (such as Gmail, Outlook or LinkedIn). By connecting an account you authorise us to send the messages and sequences you set up, and to read replies so we can show them to you and stop sequences when someone responds.
You are responsible for your outreach, including:
- the content of your messages, including any AI-written drafts you approve or allow to send automatically;
- following the laws that apply to it, such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and other privacy and anti-spam rules, including honouring opt-outs;
- following the terms of the platforms you connect, such as LinkedIn’s User Agreement and your email provider’s policies.
We apply sending limits to protect your accounts and may pause outreach that looks likely to cause harm, complaints or account restrictions. Platforms can restrict accounts at their own discretion, and we are not responsible for actions they take.
5. Lead data and AI-generated content
Hiring signals, company details and contact information in the Service come from public sources and third-party data providers. We work to keep them accurate, but cannot guarantee that every signal, contact or email address is current or correct. Use this data only for your own business development, lawfully, and do not resell or redistribute it.
Some features use AI to suggest or write messages and summaries. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable; review it before relying on it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send spam, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory or unlawful messages;
- use the Service to collect data for resale, or to build a competing product;
- share your login, or let more people use an account than your plan allows;
- scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or try to get around the Service’s security, limits or access controls;
- upload malware, or content you have no right to use.
7. Your data and our property
You own the data you put into the Service, such as your settings, message templates and lists. You give us permission to host, process and use it only as needed to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We own the Service, including its software, design and branding. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in, and providers that connect your email and LinkedIn accounts. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others or the Service at risk, or is required to be closed by law; where reasonable, we will tell you first. When an account closes, your right to use the Service ends, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular number of leads, replies, clients or placements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FetchTalent AI Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify FetchTalent AI Inc against claims arising from your outreach, your content, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and we will tell you by email or in the app if the changes are significant. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
